Need medical care urgently?

Even though we try our best, we cannot always see everyone. We only have a limited amount of appointments each day.

In these instances, the NHS always has numerous options available to you.

- NHS 111 can offer assistance and medical help 24/7 and possibly an appointment to see a Clinician if needed

- 999 is for any Emergency: if unsure call 999 as you will be assessed appropriately

Getting Your Test Results

There are different ways to get your test results but we always tell you about any abnormal results either through SMS or telephone call or by letter. We also will tell you about normal tests like samples and radiology investigations. We like to keep you in the loop as soon as we know so make sure we have an up to date mobile number on your records.

Alternatively, you can access results through your online access but these can sometimes be confusing without medical knowledge so we do not always recommend. If you do want access, please email us.

Missed Appointments

Missed Appointments

What is the impact of missed appointments?

What is the impact of missed appointments?

We sadly have hundreds of appointments not attended every month, with some months over 500 missed appointments.

Imagine how many extra appointments we would have for all out patients if they were cancelled or attended....

What is the impact of missed appointments?

What is the impact of missed appointments?

Missed appointments cost the NHS over £200 millions pounds per year.

Missed appointments mean other patients needing medical help or support can not get an appointment as easily.

Please contact us ASAP if you no longer need your appointment or are unable to attend so we can offer it to someone else.
