Practice News and Notices

RECENT MEDIA COVERAGE   01/09/2014

We understand that patients may be concerned by the recent media coverage and apologise and understand that whilst it may be frustrating, this is an ongoing police investigation and we are unable to make any comment.

Anyone wishing to discuss any concerns please contact the Practice Manager for further advice.

PATIENT SURVEY

This year's survey (2013/14) can be found in the Patient Reference Group tab of the front page.  The Group have devised a survey based on queries and comments made to them over the last few month's and they felt that it would be beneficial for us to find out how the larger population felt about some key questions. As a result they have put together an action plan to address some of the pertinent areas that we are able to influence.

You will also have an opportunity to see and speak to members of the Group in April when they will be in reception to provide our patients with information.

Please give it a read. We are happy to receive your opinions.
