Practice News and Notices

HELLO AND GOODBYE

We are sorry to announce that Dr Naila Alam will be leaving us.

Dr Alam is making a new life abroad with her family. We are all very sorry to see her go but this is a wonderful opportunity and we all wish her and her family  a very happy future.

Dr Helena Mulkeen has been covering for Dr Kundu whilst she has been on maternity leave and we are delighted to announce that she will be staying with the Practice permanently. I am sure you will join us in welcoming Dr Mulkeen to the Practice.

PATIENT SURVEY

This year's survey (2013/14) can be found in the Patient Reference Group tab of the front page.  The Group have devised a survey based on queries and comments made to them over the last few month's and they felt that it would be beneficial for us to find out how the larger population felt about some key questions. As a result they have put together an action plan to address some of the pertinent areas that we are able to influence.

You will also have an opportunity to see and speak to members of the Group in April when they will be in reception to provide our patients with information.

Please give it a read. We are happy to receive your opinions.
